About Us > Philosophy
- The AIM philosophy is to incorporate modular prefabricated systems wherever possible and to exploit these systems to minimise labour and waste without compromising the design solutions.
- The AIM system is not restricted to fixed designs - there is an unlimited variety of designs possible to suit a particular client’s needs, local Council controls or site orientation and topography. Various roof forms, window and door configurations and exterior panel/cladding finishes can be incorporated, allowing a high degree of variety and articulation in the built form, resulting in unique buildings at a cost effective price. Mass customisation rather than mass production is the goal.
